Feature and Functionality - These are the two commonly asked terms in interview and Yes, they sense similarity. However, there is big difference between these two. Below are few definitions describing both the terms:-
Feature refer to what something can do whereas Functionality refers to how well something works.
A Feature is a sub-system or facility that in included within a larger system whereas A Function is the action that can be performed within the system.

For instance, User Administration is a feature offered in Windows. Add User, Grant Privilege to User, Delete User, List Users, etc. are Functions enabled by the User Administration feature.
